Jordan has always had a desire to explore, create, and innovate. His love for adventure has driven him to pursue many skill sets. Jordan is a graduate from North Montco Technical Career Center with certifications in business, Logistics, and Supply chain management. Using his skill sets and knowledge from prior education and life experiences, Jordan has pursued a career as a skilled UAV pilot, real estate cinematographer, photographer, and business owner.
In his free time, he spends time with his wife and 3 young children. He also enjoys hunting, hiking, and anything to do with the outdoors.
Mathew Bertsch

Matthew is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University with a degree in Media, Communications and Technology. He started Matthew Bertsch Photography with the intentions of turning his love for photography, combined with his 10+ years of experience, into a full time career. Matthew specializes in real estate photography, event photography, and corporate photography.
Raised in and living in the Poconos, Matthew spends his free time golfing, hiking, and snowboarding. He also enjoys taking wildlife and landscape photos and spending time with his wife and dog.

Patrick Szydlik is a lifelong entrepreneur that has specialized in Real Estate Marketing, Media, and Technology for the past 7 years.
Patrick sold his media company Film 360 where as CEO he has helped market and sell over 2 billion dollars of real estate. Patrick (better known online as @The.Pat.S) is a marketing and technology pioneer that has a passion for helping others reach their potential as well as their professional goals.
Patrick Specializes in Branding, Media, Marketing, Technology, Websites, Sales, System Development, Advertising, Recruiting, Coaching, and Foundational Structure to close a companies Distributive Ecosystem.
Justin Bass

UNITED STATES MARINE VETERAN
Justin is a business student at La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA, currently pursuing a degree in finance. His background includes serving five years honorably in the Marine Corps. During his military tenure, Justin held roles as an Aviation Maintenance Specialist and a Technical Data Manager with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 364 in California. He also served two deployments with the Marine Crisis Response Team throughout the Middle East during the Global War on Terror.
In his free time, Justin is passionate about investing, staying physically active, and enjoys reading.

Kyle is a dedicated and detail-oriented assistant with over seven years of experience in customer service and real estate. Passionate about helping others, he now supports Realtour Pilot's team and clients with managing daily tasks efficiently. With strong computer skills developed from a young age, Kyle excels in organization, problem-solving, and adapting to various client needs. Born and raised in Egypt, he brings a diverse background of working with clients from different industries.
In his free time, he enjoys gaming, watching all kinds of shows, and spoiling his two beloved cats.
